Our Girl Scout programs have engaging instructors and hands-on activities! Program fee includes all materials needed for activities, parking, and admission to MOSI after the program. Select programs include the MOSI 2017 or 2018 Fun Patch.

CADETTES - Operation: Investigate! Workshop (March 4, 2018)

Sunday, March 4, from 2:00pm-5:00pm

Program Fee: $18 per scout, $4 per adult, 1 adult free per 10 scouts

Journey/Badge requirements addressed: Breathe/Special Agent Solve the crime! Use fingerprint analysis, eyewitness reports, and other scientific techniques just like Crime Scene Investigators.

JUNIORS - Super Sleuths Workshop (March 18, 2018)

Sunday, March 18, from 2:00pm-5:00pm

Program Fee: $18 per scout, $4 per adult, 1 adult free per 10 scouts

Journey/Badge requirements addressed: Get Moving/Detective Use investigative skills to determine what is fact and what is fiction through hands-on activities and your keen power of observation.

BROWNIES, JUNIORS, CADETTES - Cupcake Wars Camp-In (March 24, 2018)

Saturday, March 24th 7pm to Sunday, March 25th 9am

Put your artistic and creative skills to the test as your team designs, creates, and presents an award-winning cupcake display! Delve into the science of baking, the art of decorating, and the basics of business at a frosting-filled night at MOSI. How will your team fare in the Cupcake War? This is an overnight Camp-In that includes hands-on/minds-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) programming, evening snack, sleeping at MOSI, light breakfast, and exploration time around the museum after the program. Please be prompt to ensure a smooth check-in and participation in all the fun activities!

BROWNIES, JUNIORS, CADETTES - Tech Savvy Workshop (April 7, 2018)

Saturday, April 7, from 10:00am - 1:00pm

Dive into the world of technology by exploring robotics, honing your 3D design skills, and learning to code. The girl-friendly workshop will inspire you to become the technology expert of the future! Program fee includes exploration time at MOSI after the workshop. Please be prompt to ensure a smooth check-in and participation in all the fun activities!

Saturday, April 21st, 7pm to Sunday April 22nd, 9am

Journey/Badge requirements addressed: Brownies - Wow! Wonders of Water Journey
Splash into this journey with MOSI biologists as you explore the many wonders of water! Investigate comparative anatomy by dissecting sharks and squids and explore the interactions among marine life, humans, and the environment. Celebrate Earth Day by learning ways that you can make a difference in protecting the watery world of the ocean! Activities in this program relate to the Wonders of Water Journey. This is an overnight Camp-In that includes hands-on/minds-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) programming, evening snack, sleeping at MOSI, light breakfast, and exploration time around the museum after the program. Journey/Badge requirements addressed: Juniors - Detective, Cadettes - Special Agent
Solve the MOSI Mystery! Work with your team of Super Sleuths to gather the clues through fingerprinting, secret codes, chemical analysis, eyewitness accounts, body language interpretation, and more. This is an overnight Camp-In that includes hands-on/minds-on STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, Math) programming, evening snack, sleeping at MOSI, light breakfast, and exploration time around the museum after the program.
