Summer Science Camp (SSC) Volunteer Counselor

Love kids, science, and camp? If you are an eager, outgoing, energetic, responsible, organized, and fun individual who desires to work in a dynamic environment with kids, look no further! Assist MOSI by helping bring S.T.E.A.M. to life to excited campers of all ages. 

  • Ages 15 and up

Daily Support Volunteers


Daily Support Volunteers are individuals that desire to work with people by helping bring MOSI's exhibits to life. There are a wide range of fun and meaningful volunteer opportunities in this category.

YES! Team

Applications for the 2017-2018 year are now OPEN! All applications are due by Sunday, February 19, 2017.

Are you interested in becoming an active member in the community? Do you enjoy watching things blow up? Does exploring caves sound fun to you? If so, then the YES! Team is the right place for you. The Museum of Science and Industry’s YES! Team (Youth Enriched by Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, and Math) is a service-learning program that involves underserved students in community service activities and helps apply those experiences to their personal and academic development. This unique opportunity benefits and enriches the students as well as their community, both locally and globally.
