Dolphins & Manatees
Dive into the underwater world of two amazing marine mammals: dolphins and manatees. Set sail to observe wild dolphins from the deck of a high-speed boat as they play and swim. Snorkel crystal-clear springs to seek out gentle manatees as they graze. Go on a fossil hunt to collect prehistoric manatee ribs and the teeth of immense sharks. Meet with experts in conservation and dolphin and manatee first aid. Campers should be comfortable swimmers and able to explore outdoors over rough terrain.

Grab your friends and get ready for a fun-filled week. Discover, explore, and camp in the wilds around some of Florida’s most beautiful springs and rivers. Bring a mask and fins every day because you are in store for an awesome water adventure. Learn about the wildlife and aquatic creatures that depend on Florida’s inland waterways. Spend Wednesday and Thursday cabin camping on the Suwannee River at Fanning Springs State Park. Canoe and explore springs and nature by day and enjoy night hikes, bonfires, and marshmallow roasting at night. Finish the week tubing down the Ichetucknee River.
