A child must be 13 years or older to be eligible for an individual membership. MOSI children are considered ages
2-12 and children 2 and older must be included on the membership. One membership card per family and printed
in primary member name. Membership card delivered in 2-3 weeks. Replacement cards are $5 each.
Memberships are nonrefundable and nontransferable.
